is bareback sex safe for a 100% top?

Well, a top is at risk for catching almost any other STD out there beyond HIV. HPV (warts), herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia...

So even if you couldn't catch HIV from being a top, why put yourself at risk for catching any of the other STDs out there that you could get?

Yes, and bear in mind he's from Beijing. He may not have many chances to get informed other than on forums where he's insulted for daring to ask.

Ah- thanks for pointing that out. I'm not sure his location was there when this was originally posted.

Surprising since JUB is blocked by the Chinese government. It usually requires a proxy service to get to sites like JUB.

i'm not sure why you are calling someone ignorant, but last time i checked HIV still was a deadly disease, so please keep those dangerous opinions to yourself.
also please keep in mind this is the no-flame zone :)

thank everyone for reply:) And by the way I am from Beijing, but it doesn't mean beijing is a close city, its very open though I can't visit JUB straightly(cos its a porn website, hehe):)

Statistically the recipiant partner is more at risk BUT this doesnt mean tops aint at risk - AT RISK is at risk - so if u aint wearing a rubber - u can take care of your own chubber :P. I must say that i disagree that HIV is a death sentence - it is a terrible horrible disease that carries a stigma just as damaging as its physical effects of the body BUT it is being managed with HAART giving people infected a longer more quality filled life
