I've been DP'd and the logistics of it are definitely a challenge. The person being penetrated has to have good stamina and be atypically flexible; the guys doing the penetrating need to have dicks substantial enough so they don't keep sliding out. Imho, the way most porn movies usually show it is one of the WORST ways to do it:
One top on his back on a flat bed, the bottom sits on his cock on his knees facing him and bends over, and the other top is on his knees, behind the bottom, leaning forward.
That way is terrible!
The "underneath top" gets squashed beneath two guys and can't really do much thrusting.
The bottom gets squashed a bit too, (or more like squished) between the two tops, and has almost no control. If he's struggling a little to accommodate them both, he needs some way to regulate depth...
One much better method is to do it on a high-backed couch.
One top sits on the couch sort of normally, but maybe slides forward slightly. The bottom sits on his cock facing him and braces himself on the back of the couch. The other top kneels on the floor behind the bottom. Now no one gets squashed, both tops actually get to fuck and the bottom can partially regulate depth, by raising and lowering his ass. It's far and away better for everyone.

Another method is the first top and the bottom fuck on their sides, with the bottom wrapping his legs around the top's waist. That gets them out of the way. The second top top slides in behind the bottom on his side, between the fist top's legs.
That method doesn't work as well as on the couch, but is still a LOT better than the method you usually see in movies.
