He was successful in suing the non-profit that led the charge into shutting down immediately...but after telling his advertisers to go fuck themselves on live television and then having his head Xitter make an absurd video about preserving the global town square...the big brands aren't going to want to get any closer to this huge dumpster fire.
Not only does Trump have to lose to prevent the destruction of incusive democracy in the US....his loss is needed in order to render Musk even more impotent and irrelevant in the media world.
