Is Elon Musk in Trouble?

No way that someone isn't propping the share price at this level. No way.

This smacks of lulling the smaller investors and institutional investors into purchasing shares at around this level before the rug is yanked out by the larger shareholders.

If you look at the details, Tesla lost money from operations. They earned a lot of money from interest on investments and from Biden-era climate change programs. Trump is going to eliminate the Biden programs, and if so Tesla won't be getting those credits in the future.

The stock should be dropping like a stone.
 
I heard a snippet on the news this morning that seemed to suggest that Elon was leaving the gubmint.

This is what I found.

Something shady is going on. If there were an actual watchdog at the SEC, we might have a chance of finding out.

I think he got what he wanted out of DOGE and now that they have admitted the savings aren't there and that instead of the hero of the hour that he is now one of the most hated men on the planet...it likely is no fun.

He also has to leave by the end of the 120 day+/- term of engagement or he is required to file financial reports.

This was all about lotting the till...scraping millions of people's data and sewing up huge contracts to keep Spacex and tSSla solvent.
 
I suppose that's possible, but my first suspicion was that the board threatened to fire him as a material threat to their fiduciary duty if he remained at the gubmint and continued to tarnish the brand.

I think there's no going back, but I suspect even the fanboys on the board are unwilling to let Elon drag them into something criminally actionable.
