Important topic but there's little connection to the topic of this thread.

Places in the world that you've apparently never been and know very little about, it seems.

Omid Roshan is in my country. He wants to be a citizen.

But last month he was charged with abduction, two counts of RAPE and three counts of committing an indecent act with A CHILD following an alleged incident in Melbourne’s southeastern suburbs earlier this month.

I've mentioned the thuggery, the jihad car and the fortnightly shootings in my city.

My point to you is that every culture has criminals. Every group of criminals has a few who feel that their crimes are justifiable. Religion is just one of many justifications.

The problem, pat, is that there's a lineup of criminals. You only see the brown ones in the lineup.

Pat keeps trying to prove something here, but all I see is that there are proportionately no more or worse criminals who practise radical Islam than those who are radical adherents of other religions....or atheists for that matter.

Islam is only a danger to itself, just like Communism and Christianism ever were: the real danger to the West is anti-Islamism, not because of Muslims being treated unfairly blablablah, that is, not JUST or even mainly because of that, but because it shows how clueless and helpless Western people are to rightly discern and fight the real threats to the survival of their civilization... as it is: of course, you can always smash it and then pretend you are just preserving the original core, like when some sort of Palin or tea-bagger or all those fat guys you can hear on the media every day would get rid of the Bill of Rights and Thanksgiving, and start the US again from Joseph Smith or John Wayne or Joe the Plumber.

What are you talking about? White Australians never molest children. Or stab girlfriends. Or steal cars. Only the dirty Pakis do that. It's science, didn't you see all the news story links? Do you have a problem with science? Maybe your lapsed Catholocism is causing you to ooze with misguided sympathy and guilt for members of other evil religions.

(P.S. I particularly got a laugh out of Pat's post about Islam's relationship with LGBT rights, given how Pat leaps to defend any individual or business in the U.S. which refuses to serve gay customers.)

Islam can never be the majority religion of the US, nor will I ever approve of Islamic influence in our government or any institutions. Sharia Law should be banned in our constitution to protect all women, gays, and those of other religions.

My cousin was stabbed, shot and beheaded in front of her children and, surprise surprise! it wasn't by a Muslim. If you think the common denominator for violence and disembodiment is Islam then you live under a rock in an area that is strangely rampant with violent Islamic terrorists.
