The thing that transforms bias into racism is something really bad, like genocide or slavery.

I don't think there's actually much racism against white people.

I don't believe anti-racism is a zero-sum game,where white people have to lose in order to ensure equality for other people.

I don't believe things like equality, or economic stability, or any of other things that white people are assumed (often wrongly) to take for granted, should ever be described as a "privilege." There is a reason health care is a human right. There is a reason employment insurance is a human right. It isn't a special goodie that would only be fair to take away from "the privileged white people."

But above all, as an anti-racist, it just doesn't seem very strategic to try to convince white people that white racism was actually a good deal for them. Can anyone else see the problem with that?

That is the problem with the doctrine of "privilege." It's a sinking ship. A dead end.

Well do white have it a lot better than others races? YES! None the less I just feel no should harbor any racist feelings "sadly I do have some of my stereotype belief on people", Racism is wrong period. There is no middle ground or anything close. Racism is unacceptable.
