no. you're failing to see the point. what i'm SAYING is that it's a measure to ensure that no discrimination takes place. if you want to get upset with somebody about this, get mad at all the employers and all the people that control the institutions that were busy discriminating minorities to the point where white men were the only ones up there. how are you going to get mad at people benefitting from affirmative action? if folks weren't busy hating and discriminating, this wouldn't be happening so stop getting all angry at the people that have no control over the workplace.

well, that's funny because historically, all the countries in africa have been controlled and fucked over by white europeans, europe and the western world through colonalization and imperialism in africa. the reason why it is the way it is today is because of that. let's be real here, you damn well know that the black people in africa which despite being the majority population wise do NOT hold the POWER in africa. look @ who controls the natural resources, the oil and etc in africa. it's NOT the black africans for sure. the european countries (britain and germany) and america even hold much of the power in africa and as of recent times, china is getting access to the wealth in africa through the oil.
you know this and i know this so i don't know what point you're trying to get across by mentioning it. i'm surprised you don't even know what's going on where you live. africa has always been exploited by the rest of the world's superpowers for money while africa suffers. it's crazy how the country YOU live in which the majority of it is black has historically been fucked up by the minority that holds the power (the whites) to the point. it's crazy seeing how you and the figjam are catching feelings at the thought of a black person getting money or being where YOU'RE at. then when somebody calls you a racist because of your attitude towards this shit, you get upset.
