I don't have scientific proof for you but I can say that if that was really the case, you would hear about it more from the older gay community because presumedly they have been partaking in anal long enough to see results like what you say.

I've heard that this can happen with women who have lots and lots of sex too; they may lose control of holding their urine or something. Dr. Drew talking about this on Tyra Banks's show on an episode where a porn star was interviewed.

I'd imagine it can happen with people who have an overwhelming amount of anal sex but probably only if you're getting gang banged by 10 inch cocks on a daily basis and like getting fisted.

It's a matter of degrees.

The average sized penis is not much different in size from feces. So, your ass would not be damaged anymore from going to the bathroom than it would from a penis or dildo of a reasonable size. Your ass might be a little stretched from a good ass-fucking but it will return to normal shortly afterward.

If your putting unusually large things up there- a huge dildo, a fist, etc. then yes, you can cause some stretching and extrusion of your anus. And continued abuse can lead to loss of tone.
