Two questions being posed here.
1. I think going commando in shorts is hot for a young guy (and the older guys like me enjoying the view!). I'm not a fan of the Justin Bieber look, jeans down to your ass. Yes it is slutty. Is it wrong? That would entirely depend on the situation. For instance: At a public park - wrong; at the grocery store - wrong; casually walking down the street - gray area but leaning toward wrong; at the gym - offputting, but not necessarily wrong; hanging out at home with friends - hey, if they don't mind it your good to go; at a restaurant/diner/fast food joint - wrong, people are there to eat, not view your meat; at your local Chuck E Cheese - Very wrong and classic pedo!
