Is JUB a Hate Site?

I haven't noticed very many women, Christians, or republicans on here. If they do appear, they are either attacked or banned. So just wondering why that is the case? Why not just advertise it as one?

There are women. They're openly welcomed here... but keep in mind it's called "Just Us Boys" which is meant for gay men.... it has gay porn.... Not all women are into this. I have seen threads about JUBbers o are Christians and Republicans. JUB isn't a hate site. Don't ever say that. If anything, there's much love here. Sure, some people are wise asses, but there's still plenty among them.

There is hate around here.. I've had people use my sexual preferences out in the open in topics that have no relation just to put me down. Not just that other things like tv shows i watch.. or views.. ugh.. There are alot of arrogant people here because people are just so mean.. but there are the sweet ones who are real and friendly... good and bad everywhere.

So far NO one I know here is an actual Republican, they might be supportive of their fiscal and foreign policies, but that's about it.

First: the reason they don't join is simple--> they don't WANT to be on a gay sex forum. They are not turned away in any way shape or form, they simply don't show up.

Now as far as "Staying on topic" they actually have been on topic. Clearly this thread was made based on underlying sore-ness you have over being banned. After mentioning why you were banned, people corrected, and gave people the true/whole story. This is completely on topic. it shows that this entire thread was just made to troll, because you're upset you got banned.

On the whole, I find there is less groupthink annoyingness here though than on the Huffingtonpost where they throw fellow liberals under the bus if they don't completely conform to some set dogma, which reminds me of my days in college taking women's studies and black studies courses where I experienced the same distrusting groupthink phenomenon, where people get this fear that if they are open to other ideas people will be opportunistic and use that openness as a way to discredit those people.

I have seen one thread in particular where I saw a person exploring the idea of "reparative therapy" to become straight, where I saw that person being strong-armed to leave the site. I guess it's the same situation where if you are non-reactive and willing to discuss that it can be seen as some sort of admission that something is wrong with homosexuality, whereas I don't see it that way at all. I like to understand other people--understanding them doesn't have to change my beliefs or who I am.

You're assuming that everyone who comes here, comes to view porn but that is wrong. Why don't they know about the forum, in which there are hundreds of topics? Maybe that is because the site is not welcoming to the people in question. I don't think you have answered the question.

Maybe the site is not welcoming to such people because of all the porn banners and ads that are scattered throughout. Even if you're just visiting the forum, you're being bombarded with gay porn.

Plus, even in hot topics, gay sex and sexuality are often discussed, so I'm not sure why someone without an interest in this topic would want to hang out here.

So you're ok with the fact that there are no republicans on JUB and you want the Christian minority to stick to their own section.... You're also assuming that all straight women should only come to view guys like cody cummings.
