I know there are no explicit prohibitions. That does not mean that the people in question are not welcome. Whether you ban them outright or not, the fact that they are not here in proportion to the rest of their numbers (the few that are, are not in embraced or given "social status")...is tantamount to hate, imo.

This view is probably why you've yet to answer anything that was, in the face of what you've offered, constructive.

I don't see why you're back if you think it's a hate site, and even more, I don't see why anyone from this point would bother trying to make you see otherwise. But because i'm bored, i'll state it plainly.

This is not a hate site. The fact that (some) christians, (some) republicans, and (some) women do not come to this site by the truckload(and before you decide to note and say it, why the racial diversity is what it is), does not make this a site that condones hate; this is not an IKA website(for instance), there is no fostered agenda, there is not a manifesto, no propaganda; we're not planning marches and beating people for sport, we're not trolling other websites, we're not shouting at funerals, we're not regaling in the evils of the cross, the elephant or the vagina to gain followers.

Hmmm... Linkmeallover a website dedicated to gay men as a directory to gay porn sites (both pic and video) Bought out by a Canadian company (someone correct me if I'm wrong on any of this) that choose to expand the site to include forums for the use of gay men. Thus developing a site marketed for gay men.

Women on this site. I've seen many over the years, usually those who like and are familiar with gay men and the various politics of being one. Attacked when provoked just like anyone else is. Several leaving on their own, developing interests outside of JUB. Others have been attacked for making foolish under-educated and just damn ignorant remarks without thought or background to defend themselves with. As are many Gay men are.

Christians. As a practicing Pagan, I have personal issues with most who would judge me for appearance alone. As a gay man, I have seen and conversed with several who are generally insightful and add to this community. And respect others as they would like to be respected. Others who try to fan the fires of discontent and are just horrible to be around. Why yes they are encouraged to leave. In general you are allowed to have your own opinion, with out fear of public lashing, as long as you respect that everyone else has a differing one.

Republicans, Don't know, and don't really give two shakes either.

You ask why there is not many woman, christian's or republicans here...... The Answer is simple. This is not about hating any one. This website has been Developed and Marketed towards GAY MEN. It really is just that simple. And this site is open to nearly the whole damn world! Making Republicans and Democrats a minority as is.

I hesitated about responding to this thread, even though I am often a victim of "hate" on this site.

I'm an Asian Indian guy who has many conservative views. I'm an open book -- on this site, I've talked about my issues about struggling to accept myself as a gay man, from a traditional culture. I've even been open about my past sexual experiences & my hopes & dreams for the future.

Yet, I've been trashed by the same people who preach "tolerance." I have been referred to as "vomit", "curryhole" and one poster went so far as to say he wanted to "throw [my] body into the filthy Ganges river." Thankfully, the moderators have been good about deleting most of the hateful posts against me. Still, I always treat other people with respect at all times, even if I disagree with them. I will give them the respect that they refuse to give me.

It's no secret that JUB is a left-leaning site when it comes to politics. But there are conservatives & Republicans here too. We have to keep the faith! We are survivors!

To the original op i dont know you m8 but the only hate i can feel is coming
from your posts , as i understand it you have been banned before , it would
not surprise me if you get banned again .
On a more personal level i am just one of many JUB Supporters who pay money
to help the site and i can promise you i dont hate straights , women and as for
Republicans not being American i cannot comment on them because i know nothing about them , what i can say is i would never give money to a hate site .
Yes there are a few members that i dont really agree with and i am sure that the same goes for me.
I have found this site to be not only welcoming but also supportive and i have made some great friends here so please dont call me or assume that i am a hater
