Is there still a way for Donald Trump to not get in the white house as a president?

Theres several americans who prostested lately. They just dont want Donald Trump to be their next president.Even people around the world are angry about it.Donald Trump is a very hated man.Only bigots likes him.

He just have been elected. But,he is not officialy a president in the white house yet.Barack Obama still is in the white house. So,theres still more than 2 months to change things. If its somehow possible.

Does a former president ever been (((un-presidented))) in the past ?

Does all these recent attacks on minorities and people protesting that much against Donald Trump could make a difference ?

The bigots seems to think they can act like in the movie The Purge.Thats basically what happens now.In the movie, the crimes can be against anybody. But,in this case, the crimes are against minorities.Bigots are on the loose and they thinks that because Donald Trump have been elected that they can attack any minorities without having consequences and being arrested for it.So,they thinks that they can get away with it.

Can you imagine the huge backlash if american gays would not be able to get married anymore? RIOTS! RIOTS RIOTS! RIOTS! Millions of dollars in damage.Destroyed cars, detroyed shops, broken glases everywhere, graffiti of angers,ect... You can see it coming. It would amost be like Stonewall all over again. It was a huge victory for american gays to finally be able to get married. If they take same sex marriages away, theres no way LGBT people would not react to that.USA might be considered as a backward country.Mostly from countries were gays can get married. It would be a big mess.It cant happen. But,it could happen.Americans might still be able to do something about it.

Donald Trump is the most controversial and hated president yet.

Do you thinks thats theres still a chance that Donald Trump might not be the next president of USA after all ?

Maybe americans can do something about it.They still have 2 months to make their voice heard.

The people have spoken. Hilary supporters need to take a seat.

No. This whole idea of faithless electors changing the outcome of a Presidential election has always been a pipe dream that the loosing party squawks about.

Trump will be President. Pull your panties up, cause there's gonna be some big fights up ahead.

Give it up.

The voters of America have shown that they are capable of making horrifyingly stupid decisions by electing this intellectually and morally bankrupt socipath. They are stuck with the results.

All we can do is pray that the rest of the world doesn't pay for it.

Yes, there will certainly be knuckle-dragging yokels who think it's open season for attacking the people they resent. There was a rash of attacks and bad-mouthing of foreigners in Britain in the days after we voted to secede from the EU. It's their way of celebrating, like Arabian kids firing joy shots. But the law prevails, attacks on innocent citizens are not tolerated and the attackers will get stamped on. It's an ugly and shameful business but it's a flash in the pan. Don't assume that it's the shape of things to come for the next four years.

No, I can't imagine the repeal of same-sex marriage resulting in the apocalypse that you envision. I don't know how high up this is on Trump's list of priorities. He could conceivably make a Big Thing out of it to keep the Bible bashers happy, but he can't issue edicts like a sort of Tsar. There's a lot going on in the world and there are bigger fish to fry. Remember that it wasn't exactly a landslide victory, and note also that about 45% of those eligible to vote didn't bother. If you add them to the number that voted for la Clinton it means that more than two thirds of the nation is either in favour of gay marriage or doesn't give a monkey's one way or the other. So calm down dear.

It's talking like this that stirs up and feeds discontent in a population. The wisest thing is just to accept the results and try to live with them. We are not some Latin American country where revolution is the natural answer to an election that we don't like.

CALM DOWN!

I bet right now the losers are searching desparately for anything that they could use to block Trump from attaining his presidency. A bullet to the head might well be the simplest method; plenty of guns in the US.*

This reminds of the way that the losing side in the Brexit debacle still won't admit defeat and are trying every trick in the book to prevent article 50 from ever being triggered claiming that a refurendum is advisory and not binding, etc, etc. Seems that the losing side always hates democracy when they don't get their own way.

*No, obviously I'm not advocating that the vile Trump should be shot. But just imagine, if some gun-toting nutter had managed to 'take-out' Trump and Clinton during one of their ridiculous debates it would've cleared the field for more worthwhile credible candidates .. if any could have been found. Too late now

yeah they did and she has a huge lead in popular votes---so once again in 16 years a Democrat wins the popular vote but the idiot gets to be president.

He out smarted the democrats, so what are they?

There are a bunch of idiots online who believe Obama will declare Martial law.

The people spoke otherwise. Hillary won the popular vote.

Edit: I don't think I'll ever understand the Electoral College process.

It's simple: the president is elected by the states. The popular vote only determines how the states will vote.

No one but the electors actually votes for president; all people are really doing is choosing whose electors get to go to the electoral college.

This is to preserve liberty, so small states don't get treated like serfs by big states.

There is no chance Mr. Trump will be blocked from the office. Nothing short of an Act of God could prevent it.

For many of us, it is the unconscionable next step in a series of political declines in this country. It makes it very difficult to even watch the news, but there is no point in denying its reality.

It is an apocalypse of hope. We have come a loooooong way from the election of eight years ago. We are seeing the reactionary swing of the pendulum. Despite the GOP control of all three branches of government, we are about to witness a new era in disunity and some other website in this country. It will become more difficult than ever to squelch riots.

Maybe it's the final hurrah before the public realises the emporer has no clothes and the tea party is incompetent... Or they'll just blame everything on Obama and Hillary for the next twenty years of divine rule.

You are probably right. some other website, division, diversity, disunity, multiculturalism have been the policy of the democrat party; what Obama calls a hodgepodge. The white Christian majority usually votes Republican. So democrats need disunity and division; minorities to the maximum extent possible.

I expect this to be the refrain for the next four years.

Trump and the Repubs never take the blame for any of their own shit.

Trump particularly. He always has someone else to blame for his lack of ability, his incredibly poor judgment and disastrous business decisions.

Loser.

I didn't vote for Clinton or Trump. But it's crazy how people are protesting putting a criminal into office.
