Is there too much sex in porn?

The older I get, the harder it is to find porn that really turns me on. And more and more, I am finding that it is not the craziest sex scenes that turn me on, but those that have something more going on.

I think what i find I dislike about porn is that it focus far too much on sexual activity, and not on the sexuality of the situation. One of the biggest frustrations i have is that porn scenes never have an ending. You get the cum shots, and then nothing. Not even a little "Wow, that was great!" or good kiss or anything.

I know most of the attempts at making a story line have been pretty, well, pathetic. And it doesn't need to be anything deep for a plot. But don't just start with the sex, and I hate this unbelievable twists of "Oh, I'm straight!" to "Quick! Fuck me!" in 30 seconds.

I think most pornographers get too caught up in the sex activities themselves. You never see hot guys just walking around naked. I think they need to show less sex and more sexual situations.

Yeah, pretty much this. If you want anything else in balance, arthouse movies should be your solution.

Of course some stories in porn might be amusing but the problem is that the plot is often paper-thin or illogical or ridiculous or doesn't end on what it's supposed to. Or the acting is laughable. I think I've only seen 2-3 porn videos with at least some decent productional values outside the sex.

There are some porn actors I'm happy to watch whatever they're up to, clothed or unclothed. I just enjoy watching them and like their personalities. SC's Joey and ND's Markie More are prime examples. I'm in love with both of those guys.
