I think it's probably safer to limit being fucked to normal human length dicks - also - as all the sensation comes from your anus - why bother with risking intestinal damage from deeper penetration ?

Believe me, the sensations your ass can give you are definately not restricted to just your anus.
 
I have seen men and women do similar before. It takes a lot of practice (as in, years) and very little body fat, but it is possible. If you think of a colon cleanse that uses tubes inserted up your ass into your intestines, it's the same concept except that the "tube" is larger in diameter and solid.
