I had a problem with my Dell laptop and called customer service and the call went to ..............Mumbai

My Verizon DSL went on the fritz and I called customer service and the call went to .................Mumbai

I have been having problems with my Direct TV so I called customer service and the call went to........wait for it........Mumbai

Nothing is made in the USA anymore and non of the companies selling this crap has customer service people in the USA anymore.....No wonder our economy is in the crapper.

Is it just me or does anyone else feel this way???

All you have to do is keep insisting they transfer your call to a native English speaker.

Be polite and remember that you'll have go through a supervisor or two but you'll get "Steve" from Dell eventually.
