And it only got worse. I am numb right now. I found my uncle passed away. We were trying to respect him and not force him to go to the ER, but now it feels like we failed him.
 
Anyone who has 'been there' and truly cares knows that it's damn near imposable to not second guess. It sucks, but there it is – part of the process, I guess.

I hope fond memories will soon replace or at least soften the sting of the sorrow.

I am sorry to hear it. Try not to second guess it. There is no certainty that the ER would have saved him, and a lot of us don't want to die in a hospital.

We all have our time. Few of us know when it is.
