My anus is itching more than it was when I was cured of my last STD and has a raw spot (which may or may not be an actual sore) between its edge and the beginning of the perineum. It also feels much drier than it ever did.

Now, my anus has taken a beating during the last few months that was considerably more than I was used to before.

What do you think this is?

Could be a small hemorrhoid, which I believe could/does cause itchiness.

Use Preparation H to calm it. Increase fibre (both kinds soluble and insoluble)....

I tested myself with DIY tests this week and the itch does not seem to be STD related.
I've also nuked my bowel with anti-worm pills, but the itch is still there.

Try this and let me know if it works:
Proctosedyl (fast and soothing Haemorrhoid Relief)

Harke, it's a shame you didn't live in a country with universal health care...

This will work with many itches with no apparent cause: splash alcohol on. Rubbing alcohol, for instance. It will sting for a minute, but the itching will go away for some time.

^ That healthcare is harder to get than you probably imagine.
I thought Netherlands was one of the leading countries when it comes to public healthcare. It's been 4 months since your itching problem. What's holding you back from seeking medical help?

I've got a female doctor, who I don't think I've even met yet.
