A 17 year old high school student with alt-right and racist postings on social media, opened fire in a school cafeteria. He live-streamed the shootings. One student was killed and two were injured. Since the body count was low, most of the media didn't bother to cover it.

The student then fatally shot himself, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

The shooter, identified as Solomon Henderson by Metro Nashville Police, was a 17-year-old student at the school.

Meanwhile, down in Texas, seven police officers were shot while responding to a attempted suicide call at a residence in San Antonio.

Seven San Antonio Police officers were shot and the suspect is dead during a shooting late Wednesday night at a Far North Side apartment complex.

The shooting happened just before 9 p.m. at the Sonterra Heights apartment complex off Stone Oak Parkway near North Loop 1604 East.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said an officer was responding to a suicide call when they were met by gunfire. Six other additional officers were also hit by gunfire. They were all taken to the hospital. The first four officers had non-life threatening injuries. No word on the condition of the other three officers.
