My friend Marlo, because aside from the colostomy, her legs didn't grow past, say, the age of seven or so....

kept having to undergo surgeries to shore up her eroding ass. Though she could "walk" for short distances with her crutches, She often used her chair (I remember helping to carry her AND the chair through the Ocala Nat'l Forest lol) and generally spent lots of time on her disappearing ass. She had a special orthopedic cushion she called the "Dildoes of Death," because it looked like a bunch of black rubber dildoes in a neat row. I was often in charge of carrying it from house to car (she had handbrake etc) and vice-versa.

Her sense of humor was one of the things i loved most about her.
BTW, I'm not using past tense because she's dead, we just fell out of touch and I haven't seen her in a while, but....

last I knew she had gotten married to a big strapping good-looking marine.:D
