NO idea why she, or Ann Rice would give you strange looks... are you just paranoid??? You don't look bad in the picture at all... There's no drool or anything that I can see. Maybe you just don't look like a 'typical' fan (whatever that is???)?

Maybe they were wondering WHY a hot, young guy WAS a fan of a couple of "old ladies" like them, and thought you were some Cougar Hunter. :) [I loved Ann Rice's Vampire series too.] ^v^ :)

I recently bought Barbara Eden's newly out book, "Jeannie Out Of The Bottle". I loved I Dream of Jeannie too.

I used to watch that. Not a big fan of it though. Loved the Bionic Woman and Six Million Dollar Man when I was a kid. I just bought the first season and watched it. Some of those episodes are still pretty good.
 
My favorite Bionic episodes were: BigFoot, the FEMBOTS, and the ones with the Jamie Summer's look-a-like villain who ate that putty stuff that gave her super strength too.

Fembots scared the crap out of me! :)

Jeannie and Bewitched Rocked!!! If I ever won the lottery, I'd build a house with the exact Bewitched floor plan. I have several Jeannie bottles (20-ish) A couple I painted to look like her's. They were originally Jim Beam Whiskey bottles.

^ LOL. The guy who is the new creator of the Jeanie Bottles keeps asking me out. He has pics of him with the bottles and Jeanie. I guess he's a pretty famous artist. He has a site http://www.jeanniebottles.com/ He seems like a really nice guy and I have talked to him many times but sexually I don't think we would click.

I think he's in his late 40's. It's funny cause just yesterday he wrote me on a site about when we were gonna meet. He is very persistent but not in a bad way. He is a really nice guy and he's also Italian. But we are both also bttms, lol. I told him why meet? And said it was dumb to discount someone over that that would work itself out. Unless he switches or uses one of these bottles on me I don't see how, lol.

... but if you can take one of those bottles, I'm a little scared (but still turned on). LOL

About the only way I see it working is if you guys went Oral only, and/or he was able to convert a couple of his bottles in to Flesh-Lights. :)

Thank you :D I gained like 20 pounds and it all went to my big fat face. I could store nuts in those cheeks! (waiting for all the nuts in mouth jokes) We somehow got far off the new Wonder Woman series, didn't we? lol
 
I do have a Wonder Woman question for you...

On TV, her lasso could make you tell the truth, and forget. She could also use it to command people to turn themselves in. Did the comic lasso ever do all this, or was all that added for only the TV version? The forget part was kind of a cool concept the comic's should have picked up.

I also liked in Superfriends cartoons, she'd swing around on it, kinda Batman-ish. I guess that'd be pointless since she can fly, but it makes having a rope seem more useful.

I've been slowly working on creating a 3D version of Paradise Island in BRYCE 3D.
 
The lasso did do all that and they had to follow her commands. That was in the pre-crisis comics. When Perez started from scratch in the 80's, he made the lasso truth telling. But it actually isn't the lasso it's her. She focuses that power through the lasso so no one but her could use it or use it on her. The pre-crisis comic wasn't like that at all. The lasso was as you described. Does that make sense? lol Sounds confusing.

If it's JUST HER, focusing through the lasso, DC must not follow that aspect too much... I could swear I've recently seen others use her lasso??? Don't quote me on that, and maybe they were 'elseworlds' type alternate non-cannon stories? I could swear I've seen Batman using it recently (not the recent WW cover where he ties her up with it).

That kinda takes the 'magic' out of the Magic Lasso though, doesn't it ?

The whole thing with her being tied up with her own lasso in the old days was only bad because it was WAY over done.

I believe now Green Lantern's ring is the same way... ONLY HE can use it. I think that really kills a lot of plot potentials.

No one has used it against her. It broke in the "Golden Perfect" storyline in the JLA when there were two truths and the lasso broke and it messed her up. I am not sure about this new storyline with the new suit? I have thumbed through the issues but not really read them. Not sure what her powers are now? I thumbed through a Superman and he barely knew her. I don't get all that? I will say a HUGE discrepancy in the books was when her mother was Wonder Woman while Diana was dead. The lasso was left in Hell where Neron killed her but the JLA books show her mother using the lasso. But in Wonder Woman books she didn't have access to it.
 
Donna's lasso was really never explained how/where she got it either, was it ? I'm pretty sure at first it had all of Wonder Woman's properties, but later in Teen Titans I remember Donna saying it was "made of one of the strongest polymers on earth" - hinting that is was NOT the same as WW's.

The 'new'/current Wonder Woman hasn't really used her lasso much. It bounces between being an 'alternate' time line, and a currant one. I'm not sure DC knows what it's doing. In some comics most of the world has forgotten Wonder Woman exists (TIME MASTERS), while in other books she appears along side everyone else like she always has, but in the 'new' pants/suit.

They've hinted she will play a big part in the upcoming FLASHPOINT story line, centered around The Flash.
 
Donna had a silver one also. I don't think it was explained? Byrne tried to put Donna back to some sorta history that was not all over the place. In the 80's pre-crisis Donna was found by Diana in a house fire. She took the girl to the island where she was raised by the amazons. I liked that whole history better than the mirror image/Titans of Myth connection. Cassie seems more stable in her history. It isn't all over the place. Remember Lyta Trevor? She was the daughter of Wonder Woman and Steve from Earth 2 (or was it Earth 1?). She was part of Infinity Inc. Then the Crisis happened and her whole histiry was fucked up like Donna Troys.

I loved FURY, of Earth-2!!! I was totally pissed when DC basically abandoned her. Last I knew, she was in Dark Horse (?) Comic's with SandMan (Hector Hall). As far as I know in DC, she pretty much never existed now? She's never mentioned that I've seen. She was the main reason I collected INFINITY INC.

(Wonder Girl Cassie, Donna Troy, Fury I, Wonder Woman, Fury II, Artemis, Hippolyte - not that I needed to tell you who they were!)

They should have just made Cassie, Lyta Trevor. They look enough alike with the blonde hair. So she's the 'adopted' daughter instead of the real one. Would have made more sense. Or maybe a love child of Hippolye's when she was in the past??? How bizarre would that have been?

That looks great! Love that pic! I also collected Infinity Inc. I still have the first 12 issues plus the issue where she forgets who she was. JSA tried to do stuff with her since Hector Hall became the new Dr.Fate and he was searching for her. I was hoping she would get a second chance in comics like Spider-woman did. But no.
