It's so cute when skinny guys gain a little weight

Ive gone from 135 to 120 since July.

I've gone from 130 to ~140 since July. Three years ago (17) it took me about 6 months to put on 20 pounds, so I guess my metabolism's slowed down slightly.

You need to give us skinny boys tips how to gain weight. :P

The hardest part is stretching your stomach, and having to eat when you're just not hungry. In fact, doing that can feel gross. It sounds corny, but you just need to have a very strong mind and a lot of will power. . .but you CAN do it.

Adding olive oil and mayonnaise to your meals can help out a bit, as two examples. Every calorie counts, so if possible, keep track of the calorie content of every meal you eat; keep a food journal. You must eat at least 3,000 calories in order to gain a pound, so if you add it up and find you're only eating about 1,500 or 2,000 a day, that's your problem right there.

This is me when I was young, skinny, and cute......and me now (this past Summer),....old, not skinny, but kinda hot....;)

I haven't gained any weight, I actually lost some of my hard earned pounds D:

I'm 6' 2". My first semester Freshmen year I dropped from 165 to 155. Started eating better and gained the 10 pounds back the second semester and held it at 165 until I graduated. Then I started lifting weights and soon I was at 185 and looking good. It's been downhill since.
