Its a good day for me. I'm closing a 7 month old contract on work [on time].

I'm going to celebrate this weekend by spending time out doors in the sun, cycling & working out on Bowflex .

Life is good!

My weekend becomes a routine. Saturday morning - get up to move to the sofa and sleep there. Afternoon - badminton with the gay group. Sunday morning - home for mom's cooking. Sunday afternoon - squash with non gay group. And in between, usually torture myself with outings with my ex.

Need to break the routine.
 
dinner to celebrate a friends birthday tonight then studying and reading for the rest of the weekend. sounds fun, i know
 
Same old stuff, going to the bar tonight. But it's something I look forward to every week. It's my one night to escape.
 
I left work early today. Sore throat, headache, general malaise.

Well, the crush and I are going downtown tomorrow to the planetarium to see "Egyptian Nights: Secrets of the Sky G-ds." It shows how the sky looked 5000 years ago. I want to also see the Gemini exhibit.

Then if he has time, I want to go ice skating in Millennium park under the lights of the city. :luv:

Depending on how Saturday goes, that will determine what I'm doing Sunday. ;)
 
One can't see much in the way of stars around here. You have to drive a bit to get rid of the city lights.

I'm always up for pitching a tent, if you need a climbing buddy. :badgrin:

Well, this is what I'd like to do.
Spend some time with my godson and family with my new god grandson.
Visit my sister and do some computer tune up for her.
Put up some blue and white Christmas lights for our Colts upcoming Super Bowl appearance.

I'm working this morning, helping my sisters do a room makeover for my mother this afternoon, and probably make it an early night tonight. Have to work tomorrow some and then, well, I'll play it by ear as I don't really want more plans at the moment.
