Is this Cadillac 5 - 6 times more vehicle than a Toyota Corolla? I think so.

And I still say very few people will ever own this vehicle, but many will lease one. If only for a couple of years.

People who can't qualify for a million dollar home mortgage can much more easily get a taste of the 'high life' by riding around in a leased luxury vehicle.

And, it's often much smarter to lease/rent, anyway.

Good point. I lost track of the fact we were talking electric.

They've been obscenely overpriced since the inception, so this is not a change.

Eventually we'll see internal combustion rise above electric after the infrastructure favors electric, but that's a decade or more away.
