"A JetBlue airline passenger, who media outlets and a witness described as making angry remarks at the sight of Ivanka Trump on his flight, was removed from the plane on Thursday by the airline.

JetBlue confirmed in a statement that a passenger had been removed from a flight set to depart from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport, but provided no information on the incident."

The only part of this that puzzles me is why she was flying in a commercial jet, even in first class if that was the case.
I would have thought that a family that has the wealth that they profess would hire a private plane.

No, a relative of a public official should not be subject to random harassment. This is not categorizable as protest.

I have no respect for the Trumps, but that doesn't justify the breakdown of standard civility in society. Mr. Trump's scorched earth campaign should not be the prelude for all society following suit. Our cause is to preserve our society beyond the Trump administration, not concede to sink to the lowest level because of it.

Trump is not a pretext to become our baser selves, but an indictment of that rationalization. WE will ultimately be judged for our actions, not excused for our reasons.
