Will you share with Li'l Bit? Li'l Bit luuuurves dried fruit. (Prunes, raisins, Ian McKellen...)

Prines are nature's little brooms for your digestive system.

They help keep you regular.

I am a firm believer in dried prunes, prune danish, and Mott's Prune Juice (my uncle used to work for Mott's, so I am loyal to that particular brand).

As long as you eat prunes, nobody can ever accuse you of being full of s&%$!

I kinda like prunes too, the dried but soft and sticky variety, with the moist flest and chewy texture skin, but I've not had them in a while. We've bought some fresh nectarines which are just like eating honey they're so sweet.

several packages of organic, gluten-free brown rice cakes, bags of organic brown rice/wild rice blends, boxes of gluten-free bread mix and six nine ounce packages of prunes. Each item for only $1.00, fifty-four ounces of prunes for $6.00! (That's a lot of potassium.) I purchased all six packages of prunes, a few bags of rice and found a twelve-ounce package of raisins for fifty cents! Normally, these items cost at least three dollars each. I'm kind of suspicious about all of these manager specials. It's unusual to me but there's not many people in my area who eat prunes. lol Is it absolutely crazy that I'm this happy about getting a bargain on prunes? I am totally in prune heaven.

Something tells me you like to poop. :)

But for some reason, prunes and other foods of that nature never make me have to go. I once ate a quater of a bag and I was fine. :P

(I'll just let that settle in your minds)

"Start a movement: eat a prune."

Also, if you're not a vegetarian, look for a recipe for beef stew with prunes. My mother makes it occasionally and it's delicious.

These are pretty good:
