Yes, it's very difficult. It's possible to quit cold turkey, but that's very very difficult. Just remember that this is all in the process of quitting. You can do it! Hugs

Quitting is a process,not an event. Relapses are common,especially when you add alcohol.

Next time avoid triggers like alcohol.Now today,don't smoke.Don't worry about not smoking tommorow or next week.Just for today,don't smoke.

Cigarettes are one of the hardest things I've ever tried to quit.I'd say they are harder than other drugs.I have been having a hell of a time with them myself and am going BACK on the patch AGAIN on sunday..
