Uncut guys heads are more sensitive then cut guys, because their heads are usually covered with the foreskin, almost protecting them. It is uncommon but possible to be born auto-circumcised, or to become so later in life. It is usually due to a naturally short foreskin or fat penis head that keeps it in the retracted position.
