I'm pissed beyond belief.. What the hell ??

This is the 3rd time I'm jacking off and I get no pleasure from it ..
I know I'm probably doing something wrong as I know I can get awesome release, but what the heck ? I just cum with no real pleasure derived from it. Does anyone get that ever ?

Maybe it's my technique. Since I did it 3 times, here's the pattern:
I'm generally trying not to jack off these days. And I try not to jack off to porn. Just feel that I should be able to cum on my own I guess. So I usually go for about 4-5 days without jacking it. When my horniness does build up, I do this:
I start looking at some random porn I find on JUB or elsewhere. But since I try not to jack off to porn, I check some of it out, jack off a bit, then I close it. Then I go back to it again. Then when I'm sufficiently ready to cum, I usually leave porn on the screen or close it, but look away and jack off usually thinking of the last pic I saw or other thoughts. Usually I'm not yet ready to cum so I have a minute or two left before I do. So then I do cum. But I get no pleasure release. I know I try to look away and stop myself from cumming as I'm looking at porn, so that I cum when I'm not looking at porn. If that makes sense. I am PISSED and MAD and Ff8 throw some more expletives ...

I only jacked off like 3 times in the past months, can I get some satisfaction ?? Is my approach wrong here ?
 
Uh... well, the first thing that comes to my mind is why don't you want to cum while looking at porn. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say there is a feeling of guilt/shame associated with what you're doing and so you don't really enjoy it. I don't know how to explain it adequately to be honest. I just think there are issues.

And there are other things... depression, etc that will lead to similar circumstances. I've been there (not enjoying masturbating) and eventually it turns around.

Yes, I wanted to mention more about porn.

There are two issues.
For one, when looking at porn I get hard and close to cumming extremely fast. Sometimes when I come while looking at porn, I feel I get too close too fast and from what I recall I don't quite enjoy that either. I prefer slower buildup.

Another issue is sometimes I tend to get really hard when looking at porn. I get scared that it'll hurt when I cum. I get that feeling that it's getting harder and harder and I don't know I'll have to try it some time to see if I will enjoy it or not. So in this case I get scared that it'll hurt.
 
I think if I made as complex a production out of jacking off as you're describing then I wouldn't enjoy it as much either... just take a bath, relay and go at it... and try it once every two days (or more) instead of every 2 weeks.

If you don't feel like jacking off, how about skipping the session and wait for a better time. Also by abstaining from wanking or sex, you can save up your cum so the next load will be more intense.
 
So, you are afraid it will hurt when you cum so instead you do it so you feel nothing? If it hurts when you cum than you need to see a doctor a.s.a.p! I wouldn't jack off without porn. I see no reason why I should be able to do it myself with no visual. It's the visual that does it for me. I don't wanna close my eyes and imagine something that was right in front of my eyes 30 seconds ago. You're psyching yourself out.
