Last I read they are still trying to reach an agreement. Jake says he will pay the $5400 to the charity in exchange that CF agree to not sue him in the future so I'm assuming as long as he doesn't use their images, they would not have any reason to sue him.

I imagine part of that will also include them dropping the threat to garnish wages from all the studios he could work with.
