The sun is out down here and will be for the rest of the week. Temps will be pretty hot for this time of the year... mid-80's.
 
I was fortunate to get a big piece of the Roasted Pig, they did not cook potatoes, just all sandwiches, so I baked a potato and ate the roast pig. It was tender, juicy and like a loin pork roast.
