I picked up a new HD box for my media room TV today. It did not work, so I drove back to change it.
Then I could not program the remote to the TV, so I called Comcast, spoke to a tech for over an hour. Finally he said, that is all I can do and hung up. I was infuriated.
and did not call back for fear I would swear at them.
I decided to pick up a new TV, larger and a 1080, went to 4 stores and none had the one I wanted. I then came home empty handed.
