I didn't recognize the song from the name, so I had to pull it up. Lookswise, James Blunt is one hot stud. 
And yes, I knew I had heard it before, once the video played. My impression of the song is, yes I like it, but I wouldn't want to hear it every day. I can tell that the repeated high-pitched "You're Beautiful!" would soon become grating to the ears.
Lyrics-wise, it's a nice song about a young guy who's smitten when a pretty girl smiles back at him on a bus or a train, while she's with her boyfriend. It seems a bit overdramatic, but that's the way those instant crushes can make you feel. Take my advice, boy. Go home and think about her while you beat your meat, and get her out of your system!
