The rumor is that she is suffering from vertigo (Dizzy spells).

Yes, someone posting as her brother Randy on a Michael Jackson website shared this information. Who knows if it's true? Janet and her management never go into details, usually her choreographer Gil or boyfriend Jermaine do. It's an inner ear problem, hopefully something can be done for the long run and not just for the sake of her finishing the tour.

This silence is making me worry, but somehow reassures me that she's okay. If things were worse, we'd know by now. Thank God she's being taken care of.

Her next back of shows are Oct 11 (Uncasville, CT), Oct 13 (Syracuse/Verona, NY), Oct 15 (Washington D.C.), Oct 16 (NYC), and Oct 17 (East Rutherford)....will she be able to do it? She hasn't performed in a week, who knows?? But I have faith in her!!

The 10/11 Uncasville, CT show is still on! Janet is returning to the stage.

The 10/16 show @ Madison Square Garden has been postponed to November 1st.

Nah, she just need to take better care of herself and not overdo it. If she is pregnant (which I doubt), I wish her all the best.

You know, being one of the biggest fans, I really don't blame you for feeling that way. This is one instance of hers that I'm actually shaking my head in disbelief. I cannot believe that she has not said anything yet when she's cancelled more shows than she's actually performed on this tour.

I know I'm totally late, but I went to the Toronto show (the day before she got sick), and she KILLED IT!!! I'm so glad I got to see her in concert b/c I've wanted to for years.

I heard today on the View that she is suffering from some type of condition that gives her migraines and causes vertigo. I've been to one of her concerts, and the sound of the music combined with the roar of the crowd... I mean, the volume is unbelievable. If she has this condition, is it even safe for her to continue to do these shows?

I just came back from the D.C. tour stop! JANET JACKSON ROCKED THE MOTHER-FUCKIN HOUSE! All these youngin's ought to be embarassed. You shouldn't even be allowed to perform until you graduate from the Janet Jackson School of Performance! This lady can put it down!

all shows played (except San Diego) were between 80 and 92 percent sold out. The Verizon Center was less than full, but I tell you that it was at least 85 percent full! I'll post the Billboard box office scores when they are released next week. Like you said, if she had a hit record or some REAL promotion she'd easily have more sell outs or at least 90% every show. But live nation must have been happy with the initial sells because after the first 5 tour stops they added shows in Kansas City and Tulsa.

I dont understand why this is a numbers game. Sure I brought up the $1 million per show, but in the end, there's more important things. The fans are happy! She's back to good form and her health is okay now. Can't we focus on something else...like how amazing it is?

And really, if you didn't see the show or get ticket, shut your damn face!

Hmm...I'm glad to see she's back as I'm heading off to the Houston and Dallas shows next week. In terms of her cancelling shows b/c of low tickets sales, that's little far fetched. I heard negative things about Chicago before the show and the show was pretty much packed except for direct sides of the stage, which wouldn't matter considering she was barely on the mainstage and uses the catwalk and second stage a lot

Definitely a good show. I've been to two of them already and have three more still and may travel to Paris to check out a show when she announces the European Tour.
