Au contraire, mon ami; jealously is an incredibly strong emotion, but tends only to triumph over the insecure mind.
The weak mind tends to respond to jealousy with an impassioned criticism of the situation or actions of another; the focus is outward. The studious mind, however, is able to recognise it as a misguided manifestation of its own tenacious insecurities.
It is not mandatory that jealousy should institute destructive / malicious intent or behaviour, but it can instead serve a highly constructive purpose as a valuable tool of introspection; used as motivation to look within and adjust one's own sense of self.
If you felt that you had a nice body, regardless of whether or not you worked for it, would life still be so unfair?

I have experienced jealousy at times in my life. And I think everyone else has. Whether it means this or that, it is a universal human condition. Maybe we can try to figure out why we are jealous and adapt or change some aspect. But, we get jealous, and it is part of being that miracle of the imperfect human.

Facebook is so evil like that, I really think it amplifies peoples worst traits.
People that are naturally a little obnoxious become more so on FB. Bitchy people become total asshats and boring people... well they never post anything.
I guess the worst part is that, more than being jealous of other people and their lives, I sometimes use it to measure my own worth, comparing myself to my friends ect. Just gotta try to laugh at everything though.
