The stories that are coming out after the death- about unqualified employees working as guards, about staff shortages, about excessive overtime, about records being falsified and accompanied by a long history of union complaints about these problems... it doesn't look good.

When Trump came into office in 2017, he instituted a hiring freeze. Barr lifted the freeze in April but by then, 10% of the staff had left and many of the positions had not been replaced.

This Koch Brothers/Bannon strategy to depopulate the Federal government is going to have repercussions. This might just be one of the first examples.
 
And it doesn't look good for Prince Andrew either. Won't be long now.
