You know what. I never like her singing in the past. Couldn't stand any of her songs but I kind of like the first track. It doesn't even sound like her.
Lots of digital enhanced I guess. If Paris Hilton can cut a record anybody can do it.

Wow, i was watching TRL today waiting for the OFFICIAL, video for Gimme More and i heard, "Do It Well" and thought it horrific.

I have liked some of her earlier songs though.


She was bitchy on TRL, and who cares that she is knocked up, why the big secret. The host asked her if there is anything she wants to tell her fans and she gave some crap response.

Well since she never announced the pregnancy, i have to say she looked like a fat cow on TV today. She needs to lose some weight.

That black and white patch dress made her look even more like a cow.

I gave it a listen yesterday. I like it OK. It's pleasant in a VERY unassuming way. Nice background music, which is odd to say about dance-pop. One of the songs I thought was quite catchy, but I've since forgotten which one...

I second this. The album was actually really well-done. Of course, Paris had the least amount to do with this. But the writers and producers actually took the time to craft an album around her limited range, and as such, it ended up sounding quite good.

From what I recall, the one I liked was "kinda in the middle" of the CD. I just went back and scanned the choruses...but now none of them are really hitting me. It MAY have been "Got to Be There", but I can't be certain. Maybe my cold medicine was kicking in.

Jennifer Lopez, bitchy? I don't think so. It's understood if she'd look bothered by some of the questions, but anyway I hear a lot about some other pop diva being scarey and snooty, but not Jennifer.

I don't think "Do It Well" is such a great track for a first single, but it's okay. There's a lot of attractive shirtless young men in the music video, but we all know that Jennifer would just go home with her hubby at the end of the day...now if that was a Mariah video instead, I really don't know what she would do.

i liked paris's album too. the vocals may have been lacking, but i loved the catchiness.
i also like brave, but i havent realy heard it all. like the "brave" track and "frozen moments" bonus track.
