Anybody else a fan of hers? I've loved her since The Wizard (yeah, the movie about Super Mario 3). I didn't know who she was back then, and it's just a coincidence that she turns out to be one of my favorite artists today (both solo and in Rilo Kiley). And she's my gay diva. Some guys have Cher, some guys have Madonna, but mine is Jenny!

i adore jenny lewis, she has such a beautiful voice.
and rabbit fur coat is like one of my all time favorite albums.
i cant wait until the 18th of next month because i get to see her live for the acid tongue tour!
 
I'm okay with Rilo Kiley, but I think Jenny solo is much better. I can't wait for the new album. And, she's coming to Chicago next month, too!
 
Rabbit Fur Coat is one of the best albums ever made. and this new album is going to be pretty amazing. Rilo Kiley and the Postal Service are amazing groups, and she is involved in both of those. And did I mention not only are her albums amazing, but she is one badass motherfucker live. she is number one on my list of musicians i am in love with. there is nothing this girl touches that isn't gold.

and don't let me forget to mention Troop Beverly Hills. haha.
 
godspeed is my favorite song from the clips. i have heard different snippets of the songs. it is already pulling at my heart. she is surely my favorite musician at the moment. her and Tori Amos.
 
there are some cute clips at Jennylewis.com with her, Ben Gibbard, and Jonathan Rice. They have a live snippet of Godspeed, and the full studio versions to Acid Tongue and The Next Messiah. all of which are incredible. i don't know how anyone couldn't love this woman.
 
I've been listening to Acid Tongue non-stop. I also got the new Cold War Kids, Kings of Leon, and TV on the Radio, but I keep coming back to this. It's overall more uptempo and catchy than Rabbit Fur Coat, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

My favorite tracks are "Black Sand," "Pretty Bird," "The Next Messiah," "See Fernando," "Jack Killed Mom," and "Trying My Best to Love You." It might be my favorite album of the year, and I've barely had it for a week. Haha.
