The timing was good for me at that stage of my life, too. We are extremely grateful to the guys for sharing their lives with us, and to HR for bringing into such clear focus for us.
 
I recently completed ITIK 3 after reading Books 1 and 2. To think that these are the actual stories of four young men discovering their sexuality is mind blowing. Whereas Books 1 and 2 are the height of eroticism, Book 3 is a fantastic story of discovery, love, and sensuality. I wish I could pay proper tribute to the gifted author of the ITIK series but I can't - I don't have the vocabulary needed to do that. Genius, gifted, exceptional; those kind of adjectives certainly apply but still fall short. Like the rest of you, I'm so grateful to these guys who laid their lives bare so that all of us could learn and enjoy. And thanks to hardreader for making all this wonderful reading possible.

Oh my gosh! Jess, Paul and HR! I love chapter 20 (all three parts). I am so jealous of the passion that Paul and Jess have for each other. Great first chapter HR!! It's a lot of what i go through as well since i have friends that would totally look at me differently if they knew that i was gay especially since a majority of my friends and acquaintances from when i was in junior high and high school and even in college were religious and yes i used to go to church a lot. Wow Hr !!! Chapter 10 was killer ! I liked the fact that they just wanted to spend time together and how Paul just kept checking out Jess as they were walking side by side. And Jess was true to his word that he would let Paul make the first move. And wow what a first move. Well we will figure out the reason behind why Jess was acting the way that he was acting probably in the next chapter.
 
Great Chapter HR! It's great to read the hot scene over again and see it from Jess perspective. I definitely would not want to mess something great or that had the potential to be great just by rushing things along. And Jess has the right to be cautious since he doesn't want to screw this up with Paul like he did with Tolley and all the other relationships that he feels that he fucked up by pushing things.
