Things are looking good!

Early recount results in Wisconsin - Jill's vote total up 242.9%, Castle votes switched to Trump and Clinton

Jill's vote went from single figures to double digits in one district.
Wow.
Need fresh air. Water.

That's single figures in terms of voter numbers, not percentages...

That is for one county out of 72, the smallest county at that from what I heard. Why are you guys so scared for Jill to get 5%. Are you scared it's going to come out Hillary cheated in the general as well?

Why would we care what Jill Stein gets?

She still won't be relevant. Even at 5%.

Even Johnson pulled more votes than she did.

Not about what her vote count is or was.

I have always pointed out that she was an irrelevant candidate...a protest candidate without any real vision or plans that encompass the entire array of issues that a president will face.

She should have run for the local school board or mayor of some small city where she could engender a ground up change instead of serving as the figure head of a movement that thinks it is best to work from the top down.

We know you voted for her...but across the US, it was the mindless 'I hate hillary' mentality that has given the US an egomaniac who will destroy 8 years of social progress and stack the judiciary all across the US with right wing morons who will help turn the US into a second world, oligarchical, tin pot dictatorship.

But.

Whatever.

Enjoy the ride.

From Russia with Love, no doubt.

Yep. That's pretty much what people were voting for.

Because if she got 5% and only showed originally at 1%, SOMEONE IS FUCKING WITH THE ELECTION.

It doesn't matter who, it matters that it was done.

If you can't be concerned about that, you have no business participating in a democracy.

I have a problem when someone says her vote was undercounted by 200+%, when it turns out around 30 people in total voted for her after the recount.

Honest use of statistics doesn't harm anyone.

Yeah, it's stretching the proper use of percentages. But if you read up on ways to hack and election without being noticed (except by a recount), switching a dozen votes here and a couple score there from a candidate with no hope of winning to one of the contenders is a common, even basic, feature. So if a few more counties come through and show the same pattern, to me it says the election was hacked.

I would assume hacking would require electoral results, not fractional differences in the margins.

You change electoral results by adjusting a few score votes here and a few score there till you end up flipping an entire state. And the best votes to flip are ones for candidates no one will be surprised if they only got a few votes.

The margin in Michigan, less than 11k for the whole state, is small enough that it could have been hacked that way. Take three thousand from Stein, six thousand from Johnson, and you only need to steal four or five thousand from Clinton to get a Trump victory.

I guess we'll see what comes out in the wash.

I'm trying to keep an eye on it because it's possibly a display of what I read about recently in terms of cryptology and hiding information; the writer used election hacking as an example of algorithms which seek the best ways to conceal information and even change it and hide the changes. If results continue this way, it will strongly indicate that someone did that very thing.

Hillary fucked herself good when she smeared sanders, it backfired badly among liberals who fled for stein or didnt vote. voter turnout for democrats was down. hillary didnt need to be a dirty mama in the primary, which she probably would have won anyways, but her attacks on sanders definately had an effect in the general election, much more an impact than Trumps attacks or the FBI.

Sanders was making promises he knew he didn't have to keep. That's the beauty of being an outsider candidate.

Let's not forget how dirty the online trollers got trying to divide liberal voters. The suckers who abstained or voted for a margin of error candidate got well and truly played by the tea party.

And she still got almost 2.6 million votes more than Trump.

Is that some kind of badge of honor? You guys keep saying it like it means something. It doesn't in any way that matters. We don't go by the popular vote. We go by the EC.
