And Joan is kind of right about Chelsea's... stand up. I like/love her talk show, especially when Jo Koy, Bobby Lee and that guy with the baseball cap are on... but I saw her special on Comedy Central and it was ordinary, verging on awful. Joan has entitlement issues, yeah, but she pretty much always has. Not excusing it - but not in the least bit shocked.

Read some of the books about Diana if you don't understand what Joan is talking about. Unlike the way she was presented in the American media (who love to worship the British royal family), in fact Diana really was a bitch, and not that bright in the way Joan is referring to.

Which is to say, not low IQ especially, although she was no genius either, but just making one bad decision after another. I think people in the UK understand this much better than we do.
