Jock Itch Question

So last night I gave head to someone with a jock itch. I didn't know it was a jock itch until this morning when I searched for it online. He told me it was just an irritation on his groin from his undies. Being hot and bothered that I was I went ahead and sucked him off like there's no tomorrow. I think that my lips have physically contacted the infected area.

Now I can't sleep.

My questions are:
1. What are my risks?
2. Was it really a jock itch or this "symptom" may pose other health concerns. I asked him if it was itchy and he said it wasn't. (As a matter of fact I'm not even sure if it was really a jock itch as it may only look like a jock itch but not gross looking at all compare to the pics I saw online. It's just a small smooth patches on both of his groins.)
3. Should I stop giving head for the meantime to avoid contracting it to other people? How long?
4. What are my chances of getting a jock itch myself?
5. Should I wash and change my sheets?

Nothing more than a blowjob happened here. He didn't return the favor. I just gave him head, he came and it was done.

Help!

This is what I found. I would get checked out by a Dr. if you think your mouth has been infected.

Tinea cruris (or jock itch) is a highly contagious skin condition. It can be spread by direct contact or through infected materials. Treatment is with antifungal drugs taken orally, or creams and dusting powders applied locally. Such a course may have to be continued for many months to ensure the fungus is completely eradicated. Antibiotic drugs can be taken to clear up any bacterial infection.

I am no Dr., i found this on google. hope everything turns out ok. Next time, if you see a rash down there, stay away! regardless of how horny you are.

Thanks so much for that jensu846.

I've been reading a lot as well and thank god that there are no major concerns at play if it's in fact really just a jock itch.... But I definitely learned my lesson here!

I know its a fungus infection so I don't know what antibiotic has to do with it.

It's been almost 48 hours and I still don't see any visible signs that I'm indeed infected. Could my lips/mouth area be infected with this fungus? Could I get jock itch myself down there even if there is no direct contact on that area? These are some of the questions that I think I already found some answer by cruising online but perhaps anyone here have been in similar situation or has a jock itch? Would really like to hear from you.

Btw, The guy texted me today and wanted to come back tomorrow and I said no without having second thoughts.

Here's a pleasant thought for you:

Your skin is covered with fungus. Head to toe. It's constantly chowing down on the dead cells on the surface of your skin.

Every now and then, when the fungus finds a warm, moist area in folds of skin, it can get out of control. When it does, you can get jock itch, athlete's foot, ringworm, thrush or a host of over fungal infections. We estimate that at any given time, about 30-50% of the population has an active fungal infection somewhere on their body.

So, there's not much to fear about coming in contact with someone who has a naturally occuring fungal infection since you probably have the same fungus. In the event you do find yourself with jock itch, it is easily treated with an over-the-counter antifungal cream.

Jock Itch happens to everyone, especially those who have a tendency to sweat.

Don't worry, if you get jock itch it's quite irritating and painful but very treatable........ but certain people are more prone to it than others.

Jock itch is the same process as athlete's foot, just a different location. Just like athlete's foot, it is very contagions, but only under the right conditions. Most of us never pick up athlete's foot in the locker room, even though it's all over. That's because we're careful to keep our feet dry, and use flip flops for the showers.
It likes skin that is warm, moist, and dark (like a foot in a shoe, or genitals in underwear). Since conditions on your face are usually not right, your chance of getting the face version (ringworm) is low. It would not be expected to happen in the mouth. These are skin fungus condition.
If you get it you will know. You would develop redness and itching. Over the counter creams work fine, but it takes a long time to cure.

Hope this helps.

Update y'all.

I think I developed soft palate version of it. I'm starting to think if it was really indeed a jock itch. Is it even possible that inside of my mouth will be affected?

I'm going to visit a doctor today and will keep you posted.

This is what happens to sluts.
