I have a small rash on my inner thigh. Do you know any creams to get rid of this?

For the inner thigh I think an over the counter anti-fungal talc might be better than a cream and would keep the area dry. I don't know any specific brands but any decent pharmacy should stock them.

Lotriman seems to work well...

I would avoid a date because whomever will see the rash and wonder what you have regardless of what you tell them.

After you are all healed up you might try baby powder or talcum powder to keep yourself from getting a rash again

using a cream like lotramin as directed should clear it up in 4-5 days. wear loose underwear like boxers for a week or so too and you'll be fine.

If over the counter creams don't help, try Econazole Nitrate 1%. It took me bit over 7 days to treat it completely. Things like humidity, sweat, and heat can delay treatment time because that's optimal environment for fungal infections.

You can also use Medicated Fungi Cure soap. Along with the lotrimin and there also some anti-fungal powder too. will be gone in like two days.
