Only sold 18,000 its first week.

lol

that is bad. like, REALLY BAD.

If it's only sold that amount obviously it's not mainstream. And not mainstream is good.

Hasn't he realized that the Jonas Brothers' time in the spotlight is over? lol

 Right? Time to fade into obscurity.

Haha, like with every teen disney singer, you get your few years of major fame and then you fade away into nothing.

He needs to stick with protocol

Just listened to half of the album on Spotify. Inoffensive pop music, a sound in the backround while I do other things. Not good not bad just there.

I don't understand why some of you get so much pleasure and amusement from this.

Because he was never talented to begin with. He was pushed into the limelight because he fit a niche Disney wanted to cash in on, kind of like Rihanna does for Jay-Z but less slutty. And now that he has outgrown his use to Disney, his success has flat lined. Am I supposed to feel sympathy for this?

Doesn't that mean you should be mad at Disney for over exposing someone you don't think is talented? It makes me feel bad for him that companies do this kind of thing to artists. When they're not the 'thing' anymore, they're just thrown in the gutter.

I'm not "mad" at any of them, I just find it amusing. And no, I refuse to feel badly for someone that made millions with no real talent. And that's using the term artist liberally.

^Not very depending on what kind of media you consume. If you were a teenage girl living in the US then I would be more surprised.

I'm guessing he doesn't do much along the lines of Mozart or Beethoven?

^
These Disney kids are just commodities to be created and used by the international entertainment industry.

Timberlake was thrust into the 'pop music' industry and proved to be a financially-viable product to be 'on-sold' at a good price into the more lucrative movie industry

This poster shows Timberlake's market is now a bland mainstream US product— and just the same as Tom Hanks was in the 1990s and Bob Hope in the 1940s.

The commodities known as Lohan and Spears are failing and the Jonas products may go the same way. The Disney Corporation needs to get out and create some viable replacements. Criss has potential but he's already already overpriced and owned by a rival company.

^If you Googled him then I'm assuming you know the answer to that .

I just Googled his images. I still don't know what kind of music he does, but I'm guessing it's not something I would listen to on a regular basis.

In other news, it rained today.

The only Solo Joe needs to do to make $$$ is a Solo J.O. and give up on the singing.

Take a Que from Simon Rex, and stick to what you're good at.

Sic transit gloria mundi.

I'd fuck him though.

Doesn't surprise me at all. I haven't even heard a song from him. The Jonas Brothers were never meant to go solo. They only work as a whole.

Plus, Joe isn't as cute as he used to be. Personally I think both his brothers are cuter than him.
