Someone posted a link earlier to a nude incest drawing site called josman. Is it a legal site?

As long as the characters look like they are 18 or older its legal.

Their were incidents recently in the anime community, people were getting in legal trouble because of lolicon/shotacon (girl/boy is 18+ but looks underage) hentai.

People were trying to get out of it by saying they were fantasy and not counted under child pornography laws. However they are apparently counted under child pornography laws in the US, UK, and Australia.

I'd assume western produced comics are also counted.

That site has been around for years and years, and as far as I know, Josman is still writing comics and working as an illustrator for various gay/bi magazines. If it were illegal, I imagine it would have been taken down a long time ago.

Same with JuliusToons, or HandJobs Magazine for that matter.

For clarity, whilst the act of incest is illegal in many US states and many international countries, fantasy writing or drawings about incest is not illegal (providing all persons involved are over the age of 18 ).

However, as with many things sexual, local state laws and clauses may mean that it's illegal to view images depicting incest.

I have seen it around for years and years everywhere, but had lost track of it. I cann't understand what could be illegal about it. It certainly is not illegal in Europe.

To deem it illegal is a violation of the freedom of artistical expression.
