I Jetsonboy Vow:

1. To masturbate at least once a day
2. To say "fuck you" to someone I think deserves it at least once a month
3. To sleep an hour more each day
4. To do something good for myself once a day (besides masturbating)
5. To skip a day at the gym once a week
6. To eat a Krispy Kreme or a slice of cake at least once a year
7. To listen to more music

How's that for bettering myself?

Okay as I have just complained about my life style in my blog (more blattent advertising ;) ) I am willing to give this a try.

But due to my advanced age by experience I know that the longer the list the more difficult it is to achieve the stated aims. So I will keep it short and just for the coming week.

I dpnice vow to achieve the following before the 15 October.

1 Go to the cinema twice.
2 Read at least one book.
3 Get out of the house twice during the week for a walk or a coffee.
4 Start to read from cover to cover one of my unread "coffee table"
books.

I hope people will update on their achievements as it will be an interesting thread to read.

I, Pegasus vow:

To take each day, one at a time.

To continue to focus my energies on beating my cancer.

To be thankful for each morning that I awake.

To be thankful at the end of the day that I had another day to enjoy the wonders that are life.

I, cockman1701 vow.......

1) Not to tell the customers at WalMart "Get outta the way ya dumb mother fucker!"

That will take most of my energy so the only other thing I can vow is......

2) Not to spray my beverage on my monitor after reading one of Rational Lunacy's posts.

Oh, I also vow to love my bf, in every position we can think of.:D

I, RationalLunacy, vow to:

- use the word "pfffft" more frequently

I will be expecting statistical evidence that you have employed "pfffft" more frequently in the coming week than in the past. :D

Right now I live so happy in my life. Except all I need now is a boyfriend. Likely your list are those that we challenge ourselves to mental growth /or human revolution. Here are those stuffs that I still need to work on.-Be more social - That is the most important of all to me. I always feel being gay is the barrier to meet people. Coz I am so feminent. People can easily categorize me and I don't fit into any group...:(. anyhow I need to work on my social life more. we'll see how...

-Eat healthier - I have been living very healthy. But I want to keep that going.

-Try new things
- I am thinking what to try...

-Exercise - I am too slim, but have no urge to be puffy. we'll see. My company will pay for gym membership, perhaps it will push me to work out.

-Get out of my comfort zone more often -
This thing is tough. I am the type of person who love overprotection. I have been out in the past and got bruises. So I live so comfortably right now, everything is extremely safe for me. I am really scary to going out off the comfort zone. snakes bites...
-Open up to new things and people - I wonder how??

-Have more fun -
how?

-Be Happier! -
This is the goal of everyone here :gogirl:

Well as short as my list was and containing things relatively easy to complete I still didn't achieve doing them all.

Managed the cinema - I went to see "The Perfume" as it is one of my favourite books and actually I wasn't disappointed by its adaptation to film. The second was "Little Miss Sunshine" during which I laughed so hard it was painfully. Quite embarrassing leaving the cinema with tears streaming down your cheeks.

I started, have nearly finished, my book. It is an essay on the end of the human race, written with humour but with serious factual evidence. The translation from French would be something like "Humanity Will Disappear - Good Riddance".

Got out of the house but that was really work orientated so it doesn't count.

I was going to start reading the large book I have on Venice for which I was given the accompanying DVD. Good intentions but no discipline.

OK so how did everyone else make out?
