That was Dead Kennedys. The Dead Kennedys had broken up by the time I got into punk, but I did get to see Jello Biafra perform live, and I got to chat with him a little.

Here a three short songs from the Circle Jerks that are together no longer than a most of the single videos in the thread. I also got to see the Circle Jerks at the Theater Gallery in Dallas. I was slam dancing in front of the stage. That was a lot of fun. :)

Yeah, the embeds aren't playing in the thread so I have to follow them to YouTube anyway, but still like the pictures that entice me to do so.

Here's a mellow one that I really like that I think is appropriate about now. It's from an album that I just love.



The original album cover had the banana as a sticker you could peel. Underneath was a peeled banana in an odd pastel color. There were several colors on different albums. Kind of fun. Warhol produced the band and designed the album cover for this one.
