This is the 5th year we've done this and it seems to be more popular each year. Due to work commitments, Yooper has asked if I'll step in again this year - so here's how it works!

The not so small print/Disclaimer
This exchange is a member driven event - it isn't arranged by JUB or BluMedia Admin or staff. Neither party have requested the information as part of their contract with you. By taking part and freely giving the information below, you agree that JUB, BluMedia and the individual known as 'Quasar' are saved from harm if there are any negative events resulting from you passing on personal information to fellow JUBbers.

The only leap of faith people have to make is trusting that their fellow JUBbers maintain the confidentiality.

Due to some members being a little uncomfortable in using the JUB servers to host personal details via PMs last year, this year's exchange will be done totally outside of JUB using Yahoo's email service.

In order to participate this year, either say so in this thread, or send me a PM stating you would like to be included. I will then PM you with an email address to which the following information needs to be sent:

1. Your Real name
2. Your Real Mailing Address

The list will close on November 28, 2012 and any final updates will be emailed out on November 30th 2012. This is due to most of the last posting dates to some International areas being around the 3rd - 6th December. Hopefully, this will give people enough time to post cards to International JUBbers.

As always, we expect the participants to respect the privacy of the other participants and keep the addresses and names you receive CONFIDENTIAL. Email addresses will not be included on the mail list.

There are several JUBbers that are unable to receive cards but would like to send them; those that are in this situation will get the 'send only' list. You know who you are!

Once the final update is sent out, everything is deleted from my PC and the email account will be deleted.

Yay! Li'l Bit still has leftover cards from the last two or three years. Count him in again!
 
I wanna play... as a suggestion for those of you wishing to have cards but not wanting to divulge your address information I suggest a PO Box ...they can be had for six months for the low price of 14 dollars. You can even put a change of address in soon after you get the box and then the post office will deliver your PO Box mail to your home address and no one knows but you and the post office.... Just a thought...

I give out my real address because of my secret santa stalking fantasy that has yet to come true... so you Santa Bears get to stalking already... :twisted:
 
Gosh have we been doing this for 5 years already? I haven't missed one yet, so you can count me. I saw the most stunning cards today. I shall buy them tomorrow. What the deal last year, there was about 30 or so wasn't there? I shall get 40 just in case.
 
I'm running out of weird card ideas...but what the hell, I'll do it again.

Having missed ther exchange early on, this is only my third time - but PLEASE put me down for participation in this year's card exchange! This is something I truly love to do.

A suggestion, also: I think that A LOT of people miss these "sticky threads" - I know that I ALMOST NEVER notice them. You posted nearly a week ago and I am only noticing it now. May I suggest, possibly, OCCASIONALLY moving this thread (or posting a new thread which links to this one) into the general thread areas of the more important Forums (Hot Topics, CE & P, Fun & Games, C O & R, and perhaps a couple others). I'm guessing the Forums with less personal interactions, such as Celebrities, would not generate much interest. The "sticky" area rarely changes at all, so I'm guessing I'm not the only person who doesn't look there very often.

I look forward to this!

It took me a lot of puzzling what to do for the card exchange this year, and I finally hit on something. I don't know if you bastards are worth it, but I'll do it anyway. :)
