Click the little box on the right side next to the ones you wish to delete, then scroll down and click "Delete Selected."

Sorry, I don't understand how to delete photos from the Manage Attachmnets box (I'm not English).
Indeed, I can't post pictures in threads because my photos exced my quota by 71.45 MB...
So can you show me, please ?

What do you need help with? I haven't updated these in years.
 
Handling images. It isn't as straightforward as the old way. I manage to stumble through it never quite knowing what I'm doing. There really ought to be a button ALBUMS instead of going through the attachment thing. Every now and then someone else asks about doing images, too, so I think we need a new tutorial on that.

I don't think a tutorial can make it easier to manage the attachments of pictures, are you talking about post image attachments or you talking about photo albums? I haven't looked to see the change in user photo albums.

My Profile / Albums

Open an album (public or private)

Upload Photos

Add File(s) / Upload

Move to album (option to choose a different album) / Save Changes

Click image in album to retrieve URL link – or to retrieve preformatted code to display image in the forum. Images linked from an album will not include an attachment in the post itself – because those images are stored in your album.

Of course, you’ll want to upload your image(s) before creating a post that links to them from your album.
 
After glancing through some of the previous comments, I recon the problem here is my ability to understand not the level of understandability of what is written. I'm trying to create a blog. I didn't really understand what was written in that section of the guide, but I did gatehr that it's under "my settings." Under "my settings" there is indeed a link that says "blog," with its own subcategories of settings. I scoured each one of them and still do not find "create blog" anywhere. Can anybody tell me what I"m doing wrong?

I don't have a blog, so I might be wrong about this ...

In your profile, under your profile pic, there is a "View Blog Entries" button. When you click that, in the upper right corner of the page that opens, there is a blue button labeled "Create New Post".

I think that will get you going. Good Luck!
 
Maybe it's supposed to work that way and it's just a problem with my browser. There is a clickable link over in the top right, a yellow square with letters in it, but clicking on it just opens a page to subscribe to the blog.

I think it's pretty clear my link won't work. It looked like I could drag and drop and it would copy the picture, but that's not what it did. The error says:

"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:


1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are tyring to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Below that is a link that says "Log out of Home."
