JUB is doubling everything!

Yesterday and today both, every time I click to post something on JUB I either get a message saying "This is a duplicate of a post you made in the last five minutes", or the post is duplicated with that stupid "Update" notice, or two identical posts actually happen.

It's not happening on any other site I use, so... Is this just my computer or interface, or is this happening with JUB in general?

It's random. I've had that happen. I've had it double post messages. I've had it post the same text twice in the same message. My guess is it has to do with server load or the wind is coming from the East. Who knows. It's been OK today, or least right now. Probably not you.

I'm used to it being random, but the last two days it's been constant.

It happens every now and again. Has done for ages. I used to edit out the duplicate posts, but now I leave them for the Mods to see.

I brought this up to the mods weeks ago, they're too busy turning CE&P into your own personal gun rights subforum to bother fixing technical issues.

Longest wait for an attachment to load for me was half a 48-minute TV show episode (that actually took 59 minutes because it kept having to refresh the feed).

Oh, I never bother to report that sort of thing. Sometimes the Mods come along and tidy things up, sometimes they don't.
