So I gave in to the nostalgia and decided to download Jurassic Park I to watch it again. I still remember watching the movie in the theaters back in '94...I was in awe! Such an entertaining movie. I've always loved dinosaurs and anything related to them...always been something I find fascinating and when this came out I was like "YES!!!! YAY!!!!". I was so excited! Still love this movie...really cool. :D

I also remember seeing this movie in the theater when i was a kid and being in awe the whole time.:D
 
Sweet, sweet memories.

They don't make movies like this anymore.
 
It's held up really well, and the special effects still impress without being overwhelming.
 
I remember seeing it at the theater and crying along with Dr. Ellie when she saw her first dinosaur eating leaves from the top of that tree. ;)

I wonder if there will be a 4th movie?

I know, right? The special effects are still impressive, even for today's standards. The dinosaurs are very realistic. Such a well made movie...:D

I hope not! The 2nd movie was still good and entertaining. The 3rd, however, was crap!



P.S.: I love that scene when Dr. Ellie and Dr. Grant see the brachiosaurus eating from the top of the tree...that scene is awe inspiring! It's a CLASSIC, unforgettable scene!

A fourth movie was being planned but when Michael Crichton died, it was canned. Not sure if that was a good decision or not. One and Two were great, the third was terrible. If Spielberg directed the fourth, it would've been good.
 
The first was the best for me, actually one of my favourite movies; the third kinda just sucked.
